Background

In 1995, Trendscope started out as a cutting edge company in the development of actuarial statistical methods aimed at creating business future vision scenarios for top-tier companies. In addition, we provided sensory analysis organoleptic studies services for multinational industrial companies such as Givaudan, Firmenich, Quest, among others.

On the one hand, Trendscope included strategic communication and advertising research services addressed to advertising and commercial companies, also including specialized geostrategic location studies for business expansion to institutions, such as The Anglo Mexican Foundation and IPADE.

Following a 28-year experience, Trendscope revamped and opened itself to a new business support approach. In this transformation, the company introduced state-of-the-art technology in Soft Skills developed by renowned academic and business thought leaders from top business schools like Harvard, Cornell, Columbia, MIT and Kellogg Graduate School of Management. This, added to the accumulated experience of their visionary partners, allowed them to offer a renewed and updated approach to professional leadership and 21st century focus.

Francisco Zúñiga

Psychologist graduated from UNAM in 1975, with a career of over 40 years in academia, industry, clinical and business consulting. He has held positions as director of social and communication research, marketing director at LATAM IFF, a leading multinational company in the creation of fragrances and flavors; founder and creative director at OXYGEN ADVERTISING; he was Vice President at API, Association of Industrial Psychologists, Associate of ESOMAR European Society of Market Research, as well as SCIP Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals; founder and CEO of TRENDSCOPE Consultants; he is currently CEO of IPSIC Institute of Contemplative Psychology; he also directs Zen Psychotherapy Mexico and Zendo I SHIN DEN SHIN; he has directed about 15 theses and dissertations as well as being a juror in professional exams in university extension at the Faculty of Chemistry of the UNAM. He is currently founder and CEO of IO CONSULTING, a company aimed at contributing to the growth and development of intellectual capital of world class companies.

Yadhira Tamayo

Lawyer, public image consultant, integral coach certified by Integral Coaching Canada and former president of the Mexican College of Humanist Lawyers.

Yadhira has a solid academic background (three Masters and Doctoral studies in Law at the UP and extensive courses and diplomas in Mexico and abroad) and over 25 years of experience in leadership and power areas as a trial lawyer, businesswoman, team leader, university professor and public positions (Federal Senior Government Official, Federal Deputy twice, alternate senator) from which she has witnessed the changes occurring both in her country and worldwide regarding leadership, women's power and, overall, the VUCA world in which we live in.

Her passion for human development and understanding the culture and ways in which societies are organized and the joy of connecting with others and sharing what she has learned, led her to the world of consulting, coaching and mentoring.

Indrani Morales

Bachelor in Law by the Autonomous University of Queretaro, Master in Civil Law and a training in Mediation at UNAM.

She has been involved in corporate legal consulting and anthropological marketing studies for different companies in Mexico City. She is currently researching Bioethics and is the Project Executive Director of the Institute of Contemplative Psychology, IPSIC.

She is interested in humane and empathic relationships in the organizations, considering ethics as the foundation for the harmonious and long-lasting coexistence upon which relationships, companies and the world can be transformed.
